Caring for the safety of our youngest guests, we have prepared a protection policy that requires presenting a document confirming the child's identity and relationship at check-in.

In consideration of the legal obligation arising from the provisions of the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of crime with a sexual background and protecting minors, and the content of the United Nations guidelines on business and human rights, recognizing the significant role of business in ensuring respect for children's rights, Hotel Narvil Sp. z o.o. informs that adults traveling with children will be required, during registration, to present a document allowing for the verification of the child's identity, indicating the relationship, such as an ID card, school ID, MOBYWATEL or Internet Patient Account, civil status record, court ruling, notarized parental consent for the person to travel with the child, or consent signed by the child's parent including the child's details, residence address, parent's contact phone number, and the identity document number/PESEL number of the person entrusted by the parent to care for the child.
For your convenience, we have created a template for authorization from the parent/legal guardian of the child, which can be downloaded from our website and brought with you during registration.
