Dinner with a 2-course chef's set menu (appetizer, main course) to choose from is served in the Aruana restaurant.
The HB stay package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Drinks for dinner are additionally paid. The restaurant reserves the right to change the menu.

Guests staying at Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel can use the pool area free of charge. There is a changing room by the pool.

Stay booking conditions: Reservations with accommodation must be guaranteed by a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In the event of non-payment within the aforementioned period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In the event of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge Guests with cancellation costs. In the event of cancellation 2 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge Guests with cancellation costs amounting to 100% of the reservation value. The fee for pet stay is 100 PLN per day in a standard room and 130 PLN per day in a higher category room. It is possible to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking at a price of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the schedule of attractions. If you require a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. We kindly inform that starting from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice, it is necessary to provide the tax identification number (NIP) before printing the receipt - (article 106b, paragraph 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not operate a business.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
