Guests of Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel staying at the hotel can use the pool area free of charge. There is a changing room by the pool.
Due to modernization works, the pool area will be closed from January 19th to 31st, 2025. Upon check-in at the hotel, individual guests will alternatively receive a voucher offering a choice of: access to the thermal zone (1 hour), bowling lane rental (1 hour), or table rental for billiards or snooker.

If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please let us know in advance. Please be informed that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice to the receipt, it is necessary to provide the Tax Identification Number before printing it – (art.106b par.5 of the VAT Act). The regulation does not apply to private individuals not running a business.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
The reservation is kept until 18:00 hour on the arrival date. It is not required to pay upfront or provide credit card information. If guest arrives after 18:00 hour, the reservation might not be fulfilled.
