The HB accommodation package begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The dinner price includes soft drinks: (coffee, tea, still water, lemonade).
Stay Reservation Conditions: Reservations with accommodation must be guaranteed with a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days from the initial booking. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If the prepayment is not made within the above period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge guests with cancellation fees. If cancellation occurs 2 days or less before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge guests with cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the reservation value. The fee for an animal's stay is 100 PLN per day for standard rooms and 130 PLN per day for higher category rooms. There is the possibility of renting a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking at a price of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the entertainment plan. If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be informed that from January 1, 2020, to issue a VAT invoice to the receipt, you must provide the VAT number (NIP) before printing it – (Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act). Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
