The organization and manner of serving meals may change in accordance with the current recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. The hotel also reserves the right to change the form of meal service depending on the number of guests staying at the hotel.
The HB stay package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The dinner price includes non-alcoholic beverages: (coffee, tea, still water, lemonade).
Reservation terms: Accommodation reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the initial reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. If prepayment is not received within the specified timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If canceled 3 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will not charge guests any cancellation fees. If canceled 2 or fewer days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will charge guests 100% of the reservation value as cancellation fees. These terms apply to the 'Halloween nad Narwią' package reservation. The fee for a pet stay is 100 PLN per day in a standard room and 130 PLN per day in a higher category room. It is possible to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for a cost of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the schedule of attractions. The hotel reserves the right to change the service format. The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you require a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please note that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, you must provide your tax identification number (NIP) before it is printed – (art.106b ust.5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to individuals who do not conduct business activities.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
