The hotel also reserves the right to change the form of meal service depending on the number of guests staying at the hotel. The HB package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The dinner price includes non-alcoholic beverages: (coffee, tea, still water, lemonade).

Guests of the Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel staying at the hotel can use the pool area (with changing rooms available) for free along with saunas, a fitness room, and an outdoor gym, a recreation area with table tennis, darts, and foosball (available on weekends).
Due to modernization works, the pool area and the Niagara SPA zone will be out of service from January 19th to 31st, 2025. Upon check-in at the hotel, individual guests will alternatively receive a voucher that can be used for one of the following: one hour of bowling lane rental or rental of a billiards or snooker table.

Booking conditions for the stay: Reservations with accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In case of lack of prepayment by the above deadline, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge guests for cancellation costs. In case of cancellation 2 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge guests cancellation costs amounting to 100% of the reservation value. The fee for the stay of a pet is 100 PLN per day in a standard room and 130 PLN per day in a higher-category room. There is a possibility to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for a fee of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attractions plan. The hotel reserves the right to change the form of service. The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please note that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, the NIP must be provided before its printing – (Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
