Reservation conditions: Reservations with an overnight stay must be guaranteed with a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In case of lack of prepayment within the above-mentioned period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will not charge the guests for cancellation costs. In case of cancellation 2 or fewer days before the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will charge the guests cancellation costs amounting to 100% of the reservation value. The fee for the stay of a pet is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher category room. It is possible to rent a crib (subject to availability) at the time of reservation for the price of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attraction plan. The hotel reserves the right to change the form of service. The stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be informed that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, the NIP must be provided before printing – (Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
