Guests of Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel staying at the hotel can use the pool area free of charge. There is a changing room by the pool.

Booking Terms: Accommodation reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or full payment within 2 days of making the initial reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In case of failure to make the prepayment within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 4 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will not charge guests any cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 3 or fewer days before the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will charge guests 100% of the reservation value as cancellation fees. The fee for a pet stay is 100 PLN per day in a standard room and 130 PLN per day in a higher category room. It is possible to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the schedule of activities. The hotel reserves the right to change the form of service. The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please note that as of January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, you must provide your VAT number before printing it – (Art. 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who are not engaged in business activities.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 210 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 290 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50.*The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
