The HB stay package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the dinner price: (coffee, tea, still water, lemonade).
The hotel also reserves the right to change the form of meal service due to the number of guests staying in the hotel.
Guests staying at Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel can use the pool area free of charge. There is a changing room by the pool.

Reservation conditions: Accommodation reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In case of failure to make the prepayment within the above-mentioned period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days prior to the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge guests for cancellation costs. In case of cancellation 2 or fewer days prior to the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge guests 100% of the reservation value as cancellation costs. The fee for pet stays is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher category room. It is possible to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the schedule of attractions. If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. We kindly inform you that starting from 1st January 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice, it is necessary to provide the VAT identification number (NIP) before printing the receipt – (Article 106b(5) of the VAT Law). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
