The hotel reserves the right to change the form of meal service depending on the number of guests staying in the hotel.
Terms of reservation: Room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or full prepayment within 2 days from making a preliminary booking. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In case of no prepayment in the given timeframe, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge any cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 2 days or less before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value. The fee for an animal stay is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher category room. It is possible to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for the price of 50 PLN. The Hotel reserves the right to change or modify the schedule of attractions.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be informed that from 1 January 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, you must provide a VAT identification number (NIP) before printing it - (art.106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act). The regulation does not apply to private individuals not engaged in business activities.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
