The organization and manner of serving meals may change in accordance with the current MR and GIS recommendations. The hotel also reserves the right to change the form of the meal service due to the number of guests staying at the hotel.
Weekend dinners (Friday-Saturday) have a standard buffet. On other days (Sunday-Thursday), dinners are served as served. Lunches are organized as served. The price of meals includes non-alcoholic drinks: (coffee, tea, still water, lemonade).
The HB stay package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The FB residence package begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
Guests of the Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel staying at the hotel can use the swimming pool area free of charge (a cloakroom is available by the pool) with saunas, fitness room, and outdoor gym, recreation area with table tennis, darts, and table football (available at weekends).

If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. We would like to kindly inform you that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for the receipt, you must provide the tax identification number (NIP) before printing it - (Article 106b (5) of the VAT Act). The regulation does not apply to private persons who do not conduct business activity.

Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Details can be obtained by contacting the Individual Reservation Department.
Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
