Reservation conditions: Reservations with accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card or full prepayment within 2 days of making the preliminary reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card. In case of no prepayment within the above-mentioned period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation 3 or more days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will not charge Guests for cancellation costs. In case of cancellation 2 days or less before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge Guests for cancellation costs amounting to 100% of the reservation value. These conditions apply to the 'Halloween by the Narew' package. The fee for a pet stay is 100 PLN per night in a standard room and 130 PLN per night in a higher category room. There is a possibility to rent a baby cot (subject to availability) at the time of booking for the price of 50 PLN. The hotel reserves the right to change or modify the attraction plan. The hotel reserves the right to change the form of service. The stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. We kindly inform you that as of January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice to the receipt, the NIP must be provided before printing it – (art.106b sec.5 of the VAT Act). Children up to 3 years of age: free of charge (accommodation in parents' bed). Children 4-12: PLN 200 / day. Children 13-17: PLN 270 / day. It is possible to rent a baby cot at the time of booking (based on availability) for PLN 50. *The above conditions do not apply to the HB and FB. Accepted, for a fee. The fee for an animal's stay is PLN 100 per night in a Standard room and PLN 130 per night in a higher category room.
Parking for individual guests is free.
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 100.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
